Fundamental Food Safety Course
Who will the course suit?
This course is important for anyone handling, preparing, serving, storing
or selling food as part of their job.
Food poisoning is normally caused by negligence or ignorance and consequently
most experts in food hygiene believe that a reduction in the high level of food
poisoning cases will only be achieved by the education of food handlers.
This course has been designed to give anyone dealing with food in work an appreciation
of the fundamentals of good hygiene practice.
