English Courses in Canada

Develop your English language skills for real situations, with the help of VEC's special learning system. English Grammar is taught in a communicative manner, with an emphasis on using the structures orally. Communicative methodology is also used for to develop English Vocabulary, Idioms and Pronunciation.

Teachers use weekly themes in afternoon classes. Pair and group activities related to the theme improve listening, speaking, reading and writing skills. Everyday English is also covered in the afternoon classes. YourEnglish language abilities will be evaluated with short tests on the first day and as often as twice a week thereafter.

There are 16 levels, which are further divided into 30 to 45 sub-levels. All students are placed in separate levels according to their grammar and conversation skills. Students usually progress to higher levels every 4 weeks. Although all courses are normally planned in four-week sessions, you may register for as many weeks as you wish. There are five schedules.
