Program Information

With one of the best education facilities located in downtown Guadalajara, Vancouver Language Centre offers programs designed to improve language skills as quickly as possible. Our full curriculum for English and Spanish classes emphasises speaking, listening and comprehension skills. At the same time, Grammar is taught in a communicative manner, with emphasis on using the structures orally.

Before classes begin, every student is evaluated for their chosen language ability. Every placement test has a Grammatical and Conversational component to ensure the most suitable level for each student needs.

Our professional instructors have formal education in teaching and are native speakers of the language they teach. They encourage full participation in class with role-plays, presentations and one-to-one conversations.

Classes are small, ensuring a high teacher student ratio. On the campus, the bilingual staff will encourage all the students speak the learning language outside of the classroom as much as possible, to reinforce what they are learning.

Advanced Language Certificates like the TEFL, TEC and TBE are also available at VLC. These Certificate Programs are demanding programs due to the intensive schedule but they can also lead to a rewarding career teaching English around the world.
